Hello. Few days earlier, I have removed some kind of infected lockx.exe file. Today, I have scanned my system with the Norton System works and it found the new threat. Some kind of xz.bat Trojan. But, the file is non-deletable. Norton reports a bad file, but it just cannot be removed from the system by Norton. What am I supposed to do about this? Thanks in advance.

Hello. Very usual thing with the Norton and his bugs. Anyway, write down a path where the Norton has founded a infected file. Than, enter the safe mode. Hold F8 key while your computer boots-up and select the safe mode from the list. First choice I think. When there locate the file by your self and delete it manually. Hold SHIFT+DELETE. Reboot the system and perform the scan again. This should do.
