I am using windows 2000 and I cant access some programs. It is making problems. The Windows 2000 is my brothers, so I have a separate account on it. On the welcome screen, I have to choose my account, and to log in. when Im logged, I can not install programs, or to start any of the installed one. Some small programs are working, but I have no need for them. I have several programs I want to use, but I can not install them.

Your brother must have limited your account. Your account is a simple User account, so you dont have the same permissions as he has. This is making your problems. The User account is for simple use of Windows 2000, but not for advance users. Ask your brother to give you higher permissions to your account. Also, he can install the programs you need on his account, and after this, you can start them form your account.
