which printer has a better text and photo quality?

Hello! I want to buy some nice printer. I need it for printing text, but I want, also, print my photos, too. I have heard that Lexmark is good. Also, I have heard some nice stories about Canon, too. Regarding the fact that I am not too familiar with hardware, I want to ask you which printer has a better and photo quality. Thanks!

Hello! If I were you I would choose Canon. I use Canoin Pixma. It is ink-jet printer and I have it two years. I am very pleased with its performances. I can tell you that quality of printed material is very high. This printer is not expensive at all and I think that it would be right choice for you.
