| Yo, people! Now listen this. I know that everything got its limits. UTP cables cannot go more than 200 meters of distance and so on. Wireless can do a better job when you are somewhere far away in woods, but equipment is very expensive. T1 or T2 are the most powerful and reliable connections for network, but again too expensive for a normal people. So what can we do to avoid expenses, or bad and slow servers around the world? What kind of equipment is that? |

| Good question. Well for long distance, Satellite internet uses the air-trough transmission. And is affordable. But, sharing is what bothers you, right? Well some companies like Cisco have developed connection trough, already installed electric cables and powerlines. And it works over USB. Imagine. They say you can achieve about 12 mbps. Lets pretend that you live in a New York and I live in L.A. You plug in your adapter into a wall, connect your computer with adapter via USB, I do the same, I know mine and yours IP, you also know mine and yours, and thats it. I mean, how much great distance that is, bro? And, what a speed .... trough cables. I think thats something best so far, for home use. You must agree. |
