webcam picture late problem

Hello! I have a little problem here. My computer is Intel Pentium 4 PC. I am using Windows XP SP1 OS. The problem is next. I have one web cam, and I don’t know how to make that picture don’t late. Does anybody know how to set this option? Thanks for your advice or comment!

Hi! So, you have a problem with your web cam. I think that I know what is the problem. It is possible that your resolution is too high. Also it is possible that your Internet sped is too low. So one of these things is. So, now you know what can be the problem, you can solve it.
