Hello. I would like to have some fun with my friends and to change my voice when I talk to them over Skype or when we play some online games. I have heard that there are some programs that enable real time voice changes but I do not know how to find them. Also, I hope they are not too expensive. Can you give me some hints?

There are several programs that enable voice changing. Such software is not too expensive, but it ca be cheaper:). Two very good options here are AV Voice Changer Software (around 100 USD) and Scramby (I do not know exact price but there is fully functional free version so you can try it). Both programs are compatible with Skype and major multiplayer games.
