I need some help with video card driver update. I downloaded the latest updated driver from the Internet. The file was in compressed in ZIP format. I have Microsoft Windows XP installed on my computer for a long time and everything works fine until now. However, when I try to open downloaded file I get an error message. I was unable to install it. To be even worse, now my system reports video card conflict with motherboard. I do not know what is wrong. Can anybody help me?

There are several reasons that could cause problem like yours. First, it could be an error in the process of downloading and your ZIP file might be damaged. You could try to download it one more time and than try to open it again. Second, you might not have a proper version of operating system installed on your computer. Your version of drivers could be for some other operating system like Windows 98. In that case, you have to find and download a proper version for your operating system. Third reason for your problem could be that your update may need some service pack or add-ons. If that is your problem, you need to find out what are those things, download and install them.
