I have tried to connect my usb flash memory to my pc, running on Windows 98. But I cant do that. Nothing happened. When I try to plug it on my friends computer, the usb flash memory works. I just dont understand what is going wrong. I have a 512 MB usg flash memory stick.

The common this is that you must install usb drivers when you are using Windows 98. You friend is certainly using Windows 2000 or Windows XP. Windows 98 is older OS, and you must supply it with driver so your usb memory stick will be recognized. If you do this, you will never have another problem with usb memories ever again.
