Hello! I am Steven and I have very annoying problem. When I attach my camera which is USB 2.0 device to USB 2.0 port, this port is recognized as USB 1.1 port and I am getting message saying that this device would be faster if I attach it to USB 2.0 port. I have nForce2 motherboard (if this is relevant at all). I hope you will be able to help me…

Hello, Steven! It is not relevant your motherboard or operating system. But, I can tell you that you should check in Device Manager if your USB 2.0 ports are recognized well. If they are not (and I assume that they are not), then the problem is with motherboard probably. Could be that USB ports are switched or something like that. So, I suggest you to check that. If you are not sure what is wrong with USB ports, I suggest you to consult some technician.
