unwanted address loaded in homepage

Hello! Today when I have opened my web browser I have seen unwanted address loaded in homepage. I have turned off browser, but did not help, because next time started same unwanted address loaded again. Please, tell me what is going on here and how to get rid of this? Thank you!

Hello! Well, you have been HiJacked. Some spyware during you download some free application (I am just guessing) came to your system and now you will need to find it and delete it. I suggest you to use some good antispyware program and to scan your computer. When you find nasty (could be even in registry files) delete it.
