| Need help! My PC had a catastrophic failure and now I need to reinstall everything to make it work properly again. But, true image boot cd doesn't see firewire HD. I am puzzled, and do not know what else can I do. True image was supposed to be the safest way of rebooting but it failed in my case. Any suggestions? |

| True image is the best way to quickly continue with normal operations once your computer crack down. New versions are user friendly and easy to install, so you dont need an expert to help you out. During installation you are asked to make a Bootable Rescue Media either on floppy discs or CDs. I recommend CD because you only need one. This is important here because it concerns your problem. Bootable rescue CD can be made in two forms, as complete and as safe. Safe should be used only if complete is disabled. Now, I think that you are trying a safe version and that is why you have a problem. Next time try with the complete version and well see how it goes. |
