toshiba portege 4000 freezes after startup

Hello! Nearly each time the computer starts up; it dregs fine for a several seconds up to 3 minutes, then snap freezes and stays frozen my Toshiba portege 4000. This proposition doesn't occur in Safe Mode. It’s maybe some startup program; I'm not descrying of. I don’ know what to do? I need some advice what is best to do if somebody knows? Thanks!

Hi! I have 3 possible solutions for your problem. The first is to run in safe mode and delete all shady programs you installed nearly. After this you can restart your Toshiba and see does still exist this problem. The second solution is to put some anti virus software and try to scan all data drives. It can be some virus of course. And final and best solution is to install new Windows. If that is a serious problem, install new system better and practically.
