Hello! I am running Windows XP Professional operating system with Service Pack two installed and I have a problem with streaming movies sometimes. Namely, sometimes when I want to stream some video, my Windows Media Player cannot play it (it appears with grayed buttons and I cannot start it). Why?

Hello! You need to make sure if you have all codecs you need. Maybe you have not codecs for playing those movies. Other option to prevent this is saving movies first on your hard drive, than play them. Could be that your firewall makes you some troubles, too; or these videos are not playable.
