I am having trouble with some people that are pretending they are not receiving emails from me. I know about feature in Outlook Express that asks recipient to confirm e mail delivery but it is useless in this situation. Do you know about some way of silent email tracking? Thank you in advance for your help.

You can use MailTracking service. This is the best solution I know of. Their web site and mailtracking solution is very powerful and easy to use. When you subscribe to their service you can see when mail is delivered, when recipient read it, is your mail forwarded, where recipient is (according to ISP address). It even gives you an ability to destroy sent mail after some time. In a word, excellent service for your needs.
