Hello there people. I have one really big problem. Actually not a problem, but a question mark. How can I share some single file over the internet without using any email account? Let’s say that I want my own private ftp file server with the static IP address, I don’t care about domain name and letters ( I mean the web page), with simple option to download. Which is the best and safest way to do that? Thanks in advance.

Hi. Well, you can make a deal with some of your local internet service providers to rent some of their web or ftp server space. In this case the more faster link you have, the more better service you’ll taste. And the security depends just on you. The second choice, totally free if we don’t count link expenses, is to login to the www.4shared.com for example, and to sign-up for the free account. There you can store everything you want. They offer 5 gigabyes of free “web explorer” space. If you subscribe, then you normally get more options. Not only 4 shared but Windows Live Spaces, also.
