| There are more possible reasons that could cause a problem like yours. I do not think that you have a problem with your router. You probably have some problem with your network card or wireless signal. First, check the drivers for your network card in your Control panel. Then check the intensity of your signal and if it is low try to move your notebook on some other locations inside the house to see can you get a better signal. Also, try to call your Internet provider and see doesn't they, maybe, have some temporary problems. They also must have experience so do not hesitate to ask them for help. If nothing of that helps, you will have to ask for some professional help. |
