My daughter asked me yesterday to install her new game on our computer. When I tried that, I couldn't because it gave me an error message that I don't have DirectX 9. I know I do but I even tried to reinstall it once again. Direct X9 saw that he was already installed and nothing happens. Therefore, I need some good software for editing registry to kill my Direct X9 and install it again. Could you recommend me any?

First of all, you should not do anything with your registry because you may damage your Windows so badly that you will have to reinstall it from the beginning. I don't think that you have too much experience because you did not know that Windows has a built in registry editing software, which is called Regedit, and you can just run it. Also, there are many softwares that you can use to uninstall your Direct X9. It is much better to spend some time to find and try those softwares rather then spend it on destroying your operating system.
