I’ve bought a new HDD. I have had it installed, but unfortunately the guy who installed it didn’t have time to format it and now I have to do everything on my own. I know how to install Windows, but I’m wondering how to format partitions other than the system one. I’ve installed Windows but other partitions are inaccessible. What can I do?

Oh, that shouldn’t be very complicated. You see, the thing that may be confusing to you is that up now you’ve probably only reinstalled Windows installation without having to format other partitions. And now you’ve expected to do it form BIOS just after the Windows has been installed. But actually, it’s done by clicking on My Computer icon. After that you choose Manage and there you have several options and you should click on device manager and there you can choose the number of partitions, their letters and everything else. The procedure doesn’t last for too long, and I guess that you can’t do anything wrong. Anyway, good luck with formatting.
