I had few questions for the computer freak which acts as my computer administrator about my graphic card and overall performance of it. I just can’t make some balance between graphic aperture size and ram memory. How much should I use on 512 megabytes of ram memory? He claims that higher aperture size is not recommended. Thanks in advance.

Hello. He is speaking well. The aperture size takes its true effect only in games. Only there you can feel the real enjoyment and performance improvement. Maybe in few more other apps but, very few. If you have 512, than keep the aperture size at 64. Because, you are helping your game to give much better performance but you are decreasing the amount of ram available for the whole system. And believe me, today, 512 MB for the system is just not enough.
