hello! When I watch movies on my Crystal player, from time to time sound completely disappearing. I do not know why this is happening. I have bought computer few weeks ago. So, computer is new, my operating system is new and I have a problem. Why? Thank you in advance!

Hello! You have a problem because you are missing some codec. So, disappearing sound is not relevant to your new computer or OS, at all. I cannot know what codec you are missing and that you will find out on your own. I can recommend you to download from internet whole pack of codec.
