ps/2 keyboard port problem

Hello. I have ps/2 keyboard port problem. And the truth is that I don’t know how to solve it. I had to disconnect my keyboard. And now I am not able to connect it again. I don’t know how something like that can be possible. So, I need any advice that I can get, how to solve this problem. Thank you in advance.

I had that exact problem. I have wireless keyboard. The thing that I hate about wireless keyboard is that it cannot work in Safe Mode. And every time when I have some problem with my computer, I was not able to with that keyboard. So, every time I need to connect my ald, classic keyboard. And that is very irritating thing, because, I have to move my computer, in order to connect old keyboard. And one time I was not able to connect it. The PS/2 in computer and on the keyboard couldn’t match. Then I noticed tat PS/2 on keyboard was damaged. Probably because I damaged somehow. I had no other way than to buy a new one.
