Hello! I have bought new monitor two weeks ago. Yesterday I have decided to clean it, because it dust. When I clean it I have noticed some scratches over its screen. I am so afraid that I harm it! I did not do anything wrong, I am sure! I have followed instructions for its cleaning. What to do?

Hello! I cannot see that you mentioned protection layer. When you buy new monitor it comes with protection layer. Manufacturer puts this layer because protection (monitor can damage during transport). I suggest you to take off this layer and you will see that your monitor has smooth surface and that is not damaged.
