I've moved my machine to another case, and now I have trouble turning it on… When I press the power button, the fan on the PSU starts spinning, but really slowly at first, then sometimes it speeds up and sometimes it stays like that, but in neither case does the my rig power up. The exact same setup worked fine in a different case, and also the power supply was (supposedly) tested and worked fine before. Am I missing something here? The PSU is Rhycom 400watt 112v.

What PSU did you use for the previous build? Same wattage, same voltage? I assume you've already checked all the cables and connections, particularly the ones from the PSY to the MoBo itself? Other than that, I can only suggest you try plugging in to a different wall socket, but that's just fishing…
