pictures are too grainy

Hello! I have photographed some pictures and I have transferred them from my camera to my computer. But, now I have problem. When I try to set some of these pictures as a desktop background, these pictures become too grainy. I am not expert in this field and I do not know what causes this. Help me, please! Thanks!

Hello! I can tell you that you have this problem because resolution of this picture is small and when you try to set them as desktop background you probably choose to set them over whole screen. Because they have small resolution, they becoming too grainy. I suggest you to take pictures in the future in bigger resolution.
