Hi, people! I recently got DSL internet connection and since I’m a big pop music fan, I plan to download lots and lots of music. But I’m not sure which program should I choose for this. Is there a file-sharing program that’s just for music? I’ve heard about Napster before but as far as I know you have to pay for it and that’s not what I want of course. Which program would you recommend? Thanks a lot!

Soulseek is very good as far as I’m concerned. I’ve never had any problems with finding the songs I want and a lot of the things I’m looking for are not that well known. Soulseek also has the option where you can see all the files a particular person is sharing and you can also chat with people there. I even made some friends via Soulseek’s chat option. The only thing that bothers me a bit is that, when a new version of the program appears, you’re no longer able to use the old one at all and have to download the new one immediately.
