Before I make an important decision in my life, carrier or whatever, I would like to know something more about the PayPal services. I would appreciate someone with didn’t have problem with physical memory but know enouexperience using this service. Most important how high is the risk of being cheated this way? And what does this kind of thief look like? What is paypal scam?

I can tell you about how does this kind of cheat (basically it is information stealing – which usually means money stealing in this case) function. Someone makes e.g. a web site that looks like PayPal and use it to get information about your ID, credit card, account password or number or else. So, while you think that you are providing this information to a legal service, you are actually giving it to someone who will misuse and steal your money. This can be done via fake email, too, or email can be used to redirect you to a fake web site. The point is to be careful and watch for the fake. What is a risk rate on being cheated like this, I don’t know. There are detailed instructions at legal PayPal site about security measures on this issue, so before you make important decision I advice you to study this.
