Hello! I have small business. I am telling you this because I need advice. We have few computers and we use Microsoft Outlook. Well, we need some cheap option for sharing Outlook calendar. I know that we need to make Exchange Server, but that would be cost too much for us, so, we are wondering is there any easier way for this.

Hello! You are right Exchange Server would be cost too much. I think that you should try with OfficeCalendar software. This software will help you to share Outlook calendar. But, this program will also protect your personal data in Outlook Calendar. So, you will share only data which you choose. This program is easy for use. Generally speaking if you know how to use Outlook you wont have any problems with using OfficeCalendar software.
