outlook 2000 and email problem

Hello! I am using Outlook 2000 and I have email problem. Namely, I am not able to send and receive mails. I do not know what I need to do to solve this problem. I hope that you are understand how important for me is fixing this problem. I hope you will know more about this and you will inform me.

Hello! Well, I assume that you did not configured Outlook 2000 for sending and receiving e-mail messages. You will need to add your account there. To fill appropriate these settings, you will need to use technical details which gave your internet service providers (regard your user name, password and e-mail account). So, you will need to click Tools and access part for create new account.
