other programs sending mail through outlook

Hi! As a part of a business that I'm running I have to send a lot of automatic e-mail responses, so I have a program that's doing it. The problem is that, whenever I'm doing that I get the following message:"A program is trying to access email addresses you have stored in Outlook, Doyou want to allow this". and when I say yes I am to choose for how long am I going to allow this - 5, 10...min. After that I get another message:"A program is automatically trying to send email on your behalf, do you want to allow this?" and again I have to answer yes but not just once - I have to do it for every single e-mail that I'm sending. I would really want to avid this somehow - any suggestions?

Well, I got intrigued by your question and have done a little research but I'm not going to be of any great help to you unfortunately. This seems to be one of the biggest mysteries. I've found a few threads that start with a question similar to yours but there were very few replies. Most of the people would just say they assume it's a work of a virus and you have to do a scan but I really doubt that. The last resort is always re-installation. Or maybe you could change the version of outlook you're using. I know I wasn't much of a help - I hope you'll fix it somehow.
