I just got computer from repair (it was some hardware problem) and I wanted to use my MSN messenger. I was really supresied when I got it that I am not able do that. I have noticed that guys who repaired my computer installed Zone Labs ZoneAlarm. They have told me that it is the best firewall. I assume that my problem is connected with this firewall. Am I right?

I think you are. Zone alarm has habit to block all unsecured programs. For it, msn is unsecured. To solve your problem open zone alarm and go to options and you will see that your msn is blocked. Just open port in zone alarm which will allow you to use msn. I know that this above could sound difficult, but when you open zone alarm you will see that it is easy to set changes.
