opening files gets search results

I don’t know if this ever happened to any of you, but it is annoying and tiresome. Every time I try to open some file I get following; failed to load "Search Results Fol_ys" file system (and some more text attached to that one) error. Strange don’t you agree?! Any solution for this problem?!

Yes, I agree it is strange, but not sure how I could help you, never mentioned anything. What kind of file? What program is needed for opening that file? Having problem with particular extension or having problem opening all of them? As you can see too many questions for such a small and just one problem, like for any other kind of PC problem as usual, heh.
