Hello. Here is my situation. I have two exactly the same computers at my home, they are networked together trough one single cable. Both PC’s are using integrated NIC solution, provided by SIS. Sometimes I got troubles with the one of them. There is just no sign of a living sometimes with one of them no matter if there is icon as the repair network which I have tried for several times, but without any success. Only one monitor icon is blinking, Why? Thanks in advance.

Network is pretty much softy thing if you ask me. There could be a plenty number of reasons. Next time when it shows up, just check out what is your firewall doing. Also you might want to check out those connectors, as they know to make same troubles too, if there is some little damage over them.
