I have a few Trojans on my system and I removed it. But it seems that I didnt remove it all. Every time my avg antivirus detects ntoskrnl.exe. Is this new virus or Trojan? I didnt erased it because I want to check with you what that is and can avg remove it?

Dont remove it! Ntoskrnl.exe is shown because of changing MBR (this always happening when you update your windows). You only have to worry if avg saying that file is infected. To remove this notification, go to avg test center, press F3 and tell avg to accept this change. When you do that, youll stop to receive mentioned information.
