I have two computers connected over crossover cable. On is running Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 2 installed and another is running Windows 98 SE. I have configured Windows XP for sharing files and printer but I have some problems in configuring Windows 98 fro home network. Can you give me some quick tutorial how to configure win 98 for home network?

Find Network neighborhood icon on your desktop, right click on it and select Properties. Make sure that Client for Microsoft Networks" and "File and Printer Sharing" are installed. Click on "File and Print Sharing button" button and check first check box (check second if shared printer is attached on this computer). This would be all required steps to configure Windows 98 computer to be able to function on home network.
