Hello! I am running Win 98 operating system and I have a problem. My friend gave me his network card, because I have assigned for ADSL internet connection. He never used this network card. I have attached it properly to my computer, but when I attached it to ADSL modem, I could not connect. Can be that network card is not compatible with Win 98?

Hello! It is highly unlikely that network card is not compatible with Windows 98. I think that you have some other problem here. Could be that network card is not workable or could be that connection cable is broken. Also, try to connect your ADSL modem to USB port, if everything with connection is OK, then you have a problem with NIC.
