Hello! First of all, I have to tell you that msn doesnt use pop3. But, no worry. Mail client, outlook express supports this feature.
When you open outlook, click on tools, after that on accounts, than add, than mail, enter your name, click next, enter your e-mail, and click next. You will see combo box named MY INCOMING MAIL SERVER IS (by default is POP3) SERVER. Click on the down arrow and choose HTTP. After that enter http & smtp servers and click next. Enter your username and pass (you can check REMEMBER MY PASSWORD), than click next and, finally, finish.
Thats all!
