mpr.exe caused an error in kernel32.dll??

I'm getting this message at each start up. I have no idea what's causing this, or why. I searched a little on the internet and found that mpr.exe is actually a Windows file, so it's not a spyware situation of some sort. If someone would help me identify the problem, I'd appreciate it, TIA…

Hmm. I seem to recall someone complaining about mpr.exe errors at logon, and IIRC, it was established that that file is handling user logon passwords, and that it causes errors when it gets corrupted somehow. You should delete all files that store user passwords (I think their extension is .PWL), and once the system recreates them, the mpr thing should go away.
