I installed a new pata drive into my old HP Pavilion laptop. I tried loading a Windows XP disk in for a new operating system, but it gives me this weird error message: PXE-E61 media test failure, check cable. I would think my CD-ROM drive is busted, but it's internal, what's with the cable?
