modem driver needed

Hello! I have bought used Lucent 56K modem. Now, I have a problem. I have not installation disc for it and I do not know how I can install driver on my windows XP operating system. Can you tell me if there is some address where I can download driver and install it or there is some other solution?

Hello! You really do need to download and install driver, because your operating system is capable to recognize your modem without problem. When you install in your case modem, XP will detect new hardware and it will offer you to install drivers from its base of drivers. Just click YES.
