Hey all, I'm not really experienced at online shopping, and am looking to put together a Dell configuration. I heard there are these coupon codes that you can get off the net for free, and they give you a discount. Is that true? How big of a discount are we talking here, is it like 5% or more like 50%? Where should I go to get some of these, and hnow do I use them? TIA.

The discounts vary in amount, and the use is pretty self explanatory – while on the page with your selection of merch™, just enter the coupon code in the field to the right (it says something like enter code here) and click apply. The discount should be applied immediately.
For coupon codes themselves, I'd try techbargains.com, and there's also slickdeals.net though that one I haven't visited in a while, so I don't know if it still works the same way.
