My Outlook Express shows that trying to receive message, but cannot receive it. Please tell me what to do. I have never had problem like this before. Thank you!

Hello! Some internet service providers do not allow sending and receiving e-mails bigger than 2 MB. I assume that your internet service provider is one of mentioned. Anyway, to receive this e-mail message do following: I am guessing that you also have web mail of mentioned account; so, go to internet and access account. From there download attachment to your computer and read following text and delete message. That’s it.
