Hello! My name is Alex and I have a problem. My keyboard is not recognized, so, I am not able to boot my Windows XP Professional operating system with Service Pack two installed. I do not know what caused this problem or how to solve it, because I am not too familiar with these things. Help me, please! Thank you in advance!

Hello, Alex! Well, cause of this problem is probably broken keyboard. But, could be that cable which goes from keyboard and connects it to computer is broken and maybe you can solve problem if you change this cable. In other case, you will need to buy new keyboard. I really hope that this helps you!
