Hello, I would like to ask your help with Windows problem, and please excuse my poor English. I have US version of Windows XP, and installed multilingual support at setup. When I click the language button left from system tray, I can see languages installed, but only English (Unite States) is selected, the others are not. If I click one of them, nothing changes. I know there is keyboard shortcuts that can be used to change these, and switch to languages I want, but I don't recall what it is. I checked out Control Panel – Keyboard, but it is not there. I need multilingual support change to work, and I am grateful for your assistance, thank you very much.

What you're looking for is not under "Keyboard", it's under "Regional and Language Options", also in the Control Panel. Form there, go to the "Languages" tab, and then click "Details". There you should be able to set the language you want as the default, and also to set the keyboard shortcut for switching active languages (under Preferences /Key Settings). I think the default is Left Alt + Shift, though you can change this.
