There are two files of a similar name that people sometimes get confused. Lsass.exe is a Windows file and doesn’t damage your system while Isass.exe is something added by a trojan. If you have this bad file, the entry you’ll get in HT should look like this:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Services] Isass.exe. Fixing this isn’t that hard. You should just reboot your machine, do a normal Windows search for it, and if you find it, delete it.
