I have a problem with Internet Explorer. It is shutting down by itself few seconds after I start it. I have Norton Internet Security Suite and it does not report anything. Also, I am running Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 2 and all the latest security updates from Microsoft. Please help me because I am unable to view any web pages.

This problem may occur from various reasons. Some of them are quite easy to solve with actions like clearing the cache. To clear the cache open Internet Explorer, got to Tools menu and choose Internet Options. On the firs page you will see group box Temporary Files. Delete all files and cookies. After this your Internet Explorer should work normally.
