iTunes / QuickTime install problem

Hello! I have very unusual and strange problem and I hope that you will help me to solve it. I am using iTunes and I wanted to upgrade it. So, I went to do site and download upgrade. Bur, when I started upgrading process I got error message saying that QuickTime installation failed. I have tried several times to upgrade it, but no success.

Hello! I have same problem a few months ago and I can tell you that I have tried to upgraded iTunes for a few days. When I figured out, that I cannot upgrade it I have decided to try following: I went to my registry and I have deleted every mentioned QuickTime. Aftr I done this, I have installed iTunes without any problem.
