Hi, guys. Just a quick newbie question here: Since I'm going to be using an IMac for work purposes in the coming month, and I'm used to PCs, Windows, and Office apps, I had them install Office: Mac Pro 2004 on it. My question is, will I be able to import files written in Word for Windows (and Excel for Windows) into the Mac version of Word (or Excel)? Or will i need to convert them somehow.

As far as I know, that's the whole point about Word Mac - it can read and save files in .doc format, regardless of what made them. Just to be on the safe side, tho, you might want to save your .docs in .rtf format as well, but like I said, you probably won't need them at all. Good luck with your iMac experience Smile
