| Hello! You have helped me a lot in the past, so I hope that I am not get to bother you right now. I bought new computer. That is HP Pavilion. I have tried to install my old printer on it and I went to hp site to download complete installation cd, because I couldnt find native installation cd. When I started install, I got error message which said that I miss hpzstw09.exe. I have tried to find it all over the internet, but that is impossible! Could you tell me where I can find it? Thank you very much! |

| When you get error box, click on browse button and try to find this file in the root of installation cd. If it is there open it and continue with installing. But if it isnt there, then go to run to your system and type: c:\windows\inf. After this, click tools/folder options/view/show hidden and system files; then erase all files printer files. After that try to install it again. |
