Hello! I have Samsung external hard drive. It worked just fine, but from some time ago I am not able to read some data on it. I first thought that this hard drive is broken, but others data still could be opened. I am confused now: I cant open files on it only on partition E and other partitions (C, D and F) are fine.

I assume that you have bad sectors on your partition E. You can isolate these bad sectors on the following way:
Run scan disk to find them: right click to E, then choose properties, then select tools, in part error checking click on check now; then check automatically fix file system errors and scan for attempt recovery of bad sectors; then click start. After that, this utility will tell you that will run after restart. Restart and enjoy, because your bad sectors will be repaired.
