how to fix my catalyst control center?

I have Dell laptop. Two days ago I have changed keyboard on it and after that an error occurred. I got message that I do not have permission to make changes into catalyst control center that can do only administrator. This is so strange, because I dont know other admin except me for this computer.

I can bet that you have ATI graphic card! Catalyst control center is application which controls your video settings. To fix this, you should remove it from control panel (add/remove programs). Then try to find in the internet ATIs drivers without Catalyst portion (that could be done). I hope this will help you!
